As a registered member of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), I adhere to a strict Code of Ethics to ensure a safe, judgement-free environment for every client. Furthermore, for your complete peace of mind, my practice is fully covered by professional indemnity and public liability insurance through Westminster Insurance.

The nutritional consultations, meal plans ("Fuel Maps"), and lifestyle coaching provided by Healthy Flame by B are designed to support your overall well-being and sustainable habits. However, these services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your GP or healthcare provider. If you currently have a pre-existing medical condition, it is always best to consult with your doctor before making any significant changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Your safety is my absolute priority. As an ethical practitioner, if I observe any clinical "red flags" during our work together—such as rapid or unexplained weight loss, signs of severe depression, or concerning physical sickness symptoms—I have a professional duty to refer you to an appropriate medical specialist or your GP. My role is to be your partner in wellness, which includes ensuring you get the clinical medical care you need when necessary.

To provide you with the highest level of tailored support, I collect specific personal information when you book a service or subscribe to my community. This includes:

- Health Information: Your personal health goals, history, and lifestyle habits.


How Your Data is Used: This information is used strictly to create your personalised meal plans, provide professional coaching and advice, manage your bookings, and send you the Healthy Flame newsletter.
How Your Data is Protected: Your privacy is my top priority. All personal information, health histories, and consultation notes are kept strictly confidential. Your data is securely stored in a private digital archive protected by robust passwords. I will never sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.
Data Retention & Your Rights: I will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes I collected it for, including satisfying any legal, accounting, or insurance reporting requirements. Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to the personal data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or request that it be deleted. Simply email me to make a request.

Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds

To ensure I can give every client my full attention and energy, the following boundaries and guarantees apply to all Healthy Flame by B bookings:
Helpful Reminders: Because I know how busy life can get, you will never have to worry about forgetting a session. You will receive an automated email/text reminder 24 hours before and 1 hour before every scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling: Life is unpredictable! If you receive your 24-hour reminder and realise you need to reschedule a Spark Call or a paid consultation, please simply let me know at least 24 hours in advance.
Consultations & Packages: Because of the time, care, and highly personalised work that goes into creating your Fuel Map and PDF trackers, packages are generally non-refundable once the work begins. However, if you purchase a package and change your mind, you may request a 100% full refund or reschedule, provided you notify me at least 24 hours before your very first scheduled appointment.
Monthly Subscriptions: If you are on a recurring monthly mentorship, you are in complete control. You will receive a courtesy notification in advance of your upcoming billing date. You can stop your plan at any time by simply canceling via your Stripe billing link before it renews. Please note that once a subscription has renewed for the current month, that payment is non-refundable.
