Meet B
My name is Beatrice, and my journey to becoming a Nutritional Advisor and Coach has been anything but linear. Every challenge I've faced has served as fuel for the fire I want to share with you today.
Originally from Italy, I have been based in East London since 2020, where I live with my partner, Luca, and our dog, Ares.
My Background
With a professional background in Biology and Naturopathy, and experience as an Herbalist, I felt a calling to deepen my expertise in the UK. I have since qualified as a Diet and Nutritional Advisor and Life Coach to build a career that truly helps others transform from the inside out.
For most of my life, I was my own harshest critic. I looked at my body and saw only what it lacked: I didn't feel slim enough, beautiful enough, or skilled enough to be noticed. I spent years trying to wear a mask, attempting to look and act like someone I wasn't.
Unsurprisingly, this struggle affected my mental health. It led to challenging times that impacted me and those I love. Looking back, I don't see those moments with regret, but as the ultimate training ground for my resilience.
The Turning Point
Thankfully, I wasn't alone. I found guides who pointed me toward a new path. Therapy helped me discover my true self, and the way my family and close friends believed in me gave me the strength to stand up again.
But the most important shift happened when I realised that the person who needed to believe in me the most was myself. And so, I did. I believed.
Believing in myself allowed me to re-explore my skills and what truly made me happy. Of course, this didn’t happen overnight. I spent years researching, experimenting, and sometimes losing my way again, but eventually, I found my path.
I enrolled in comprehensive courses and finally found the missing pieces that would help improve my life. Choosing to study Nutrition and Life Coaching was a profound awakening, both incredibly difficult and the best thing that ever happened to me. It was difficult because it made me realise I was trapped in jobs that weren’t for me, surrounded by environments that were deepening my struggles.
They say you can only bounce back once you hit rock bottom, and I couldn't agree more. True change happens when we face the hard truth; even if it hurts at first, the pain eventually fades, making room for genuine happiness.
I found my happiness in nutrition when I started to be creative and mindful with my food, radically improving my health. I found my happiness when I started to exercise, seeing that consistency brings real results. I found my happiness simply being present, whether enjoying a walk in nature or meditating.

I created this space as a guide for anyone seeking a conscious and healthy journey. Through nutritional advice and habit-building exercises, I want to help you reach a place of self-acceptance and confidence, just as I have.
I strongly believe that by understanding how we fuel our bodies, we can find true balance in our mental and physical energy.
