What is bio-individuality and how does it work?
Each of us requires a specific balance of vitamins and minerals based on our age, sex, medical history, and lifestyle. My meal plans are designed individually for you to ensure you get all your essential nutrients. We will create as much variety as possible, ensuring you get the perfect intake of both macronutrients and micronutrients.
When I start a new plan, do I have to give up my favourite foods?
Absolutely not! My main priority is to build a plan that you love and that is easy to follow. Customising meals means we sustain your energy while maintaining your personal preferences. We will play with ingredients to get the absolute best out of your food in both nutritional value and taste.
I am afraid I will feel hungry, and I don’t want to say no to food or drinks when I go out with friends.
You don’t have to say no to anything! A nutritional plan should make you feel free, not restricted. My plans are not just a rigid Monday-to-Sunday list; they are based on your actual social and personal life, accommodating everything from an active day out to a quiet day of rest. Plus, nothing is written in stone and we can adjust it anytime.
I don’t like cooking. Will my plan force me to spend hours in the kitchen?
Not at all. Healthy eating doesn’t mean cooking for hours using complicated tools. It’s all about the choices we make at the supermarket, not just the time we spend in the kitchen. We will design a plan featuring simple dishes that gives you your free time back.
I always feel tired but I don’t have much time to eat during my shift. What should I do?
We can design a routine of small, consistent snacks alongside appropriate hydration. This helps you avoid mid-shift energy crashes and prevents overeating when you finally get home.
I want to lose weight and feel energised at the same time. Is that possible?
Yes, it absolutely is! You will discover that losing weight is about eating well and feeling deeply satisfied. We don’t want to feel sad when losing weight; we want to feel confident and happy. It is a journey that should be enjoyed.
I want to build muscle and improve my energy at the gym.
I will make sure you have perfectly balanced meals. We will work out the right percentage of macronutrients your body needs to fuel your specific routine, whether that is simple stretching or intense cardio.
I suffer from anxiety and depression. Can food help stabilise my mood?
Yes! While it is always important to follow your doctor or therapist's advice, pairing your therapy with a tailored nutritional plan can help stabilise your energy and mood much faster.
What is the first result I will see with your guidance?
The very first result you will see is progress toward your specific personal goals. Feeling more energised, both physically and mentally, will be the first sign that we have found the right formula. After that, you will start to see improvements in your digestion and your skin.
What happens if something in the plan isn't working for me?
If there is anything you don’t like, you can always contact me to adjust your plan. Follow-up support is included via email or text in the initial package, and our 28-day and 60-day packages include additional dedicated sessions.
What exactly happens on the Free 10-Minute Spark Call?
The Spark Call is a free, zero-pressure chat to talk about what you want to achieve, and I will explain how we can work together to get the absolute best out of your sessions. You are free to ask any question at all, nothing is too silly! Every single call is private, confidential, and a completely judgment-free safe space. There is no obligation to book a package; you can just have the chat and think about it until you are completely ready.
I have a medical condition. Can we still work together?
Yes, we absolutely can! However, your health and safety are my top priorities. On your Free Spark Call, we will briefly go through your medical history to choose the best, safest option for you. I promise to always be 100% honest with you; if your condition requires a highly specialised medical field, I will happily refer you to one of my trusted colleagues or advise you to consult your GP. My goal is to ensure you get exactly the care you need!
